Our Core Privacy Commitment: Local Browser Processing

Whenever technologically feasible, AviraTools executes document manipulations directly inside your web browser using client-side technologies. Your files, documents, images, and text never leave your device or get saved onto remote servers.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We strongly believe that utility tools should not invade user privacy. As such:

  • We do not collect or store the contents of your uploaded PDFs, images, or text documents.
  • We do not require user accounts, emails, or personal identification to use our utilities.
  • We do not create permanent archives or public URLs of processed files.

2. How File Processing Works

When you select a document to compress, merge, split, or convert, the processing logic runs locally in your device's memory via HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, and native browser APIs. Once you download the result or close the tab, the in-memory data is instantly released.

3. Cookies and Advertising Partners

AviraTools may use standard cookies and analytics to evaluate site performance and deliver advertisements via trusted partners such as Google AdSense.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (www.google.com/settings/ads) or through www.aboutads.info.

4. Security Measures

All communications with AviraTools are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Because processing occurs in-browser, no transmission of unencrypted file payloads across public networks occurs.
